The 19th China (Shenzhen) International Brand clothing Fair ended with colorful images. On July 5, Huang Zhenya, chairman of Dingshan Group, visited the fashion Shenzhen exhibition network, describing his 11 years of persistence and self-transcendence-from the pursuit of excellence to extreme quality.
 


 
Could you share with us what the harvest of this year's exhibition is? What's different from previous years?

Jam Wong: the 19th Shenzhen Fashion Exhibition, I think it is more and more successful, the major fashion brands and independent designers of the big show and exhibitors, the audience professional level has been greatly improved, the exhibition content is rich and wonderful, since the exhibition we harvest more new customer resources and more direct market information, the top high-end knitted fabrics have been favored by many new customers; Because the reasons for economic development are different from previous years, these brands are more enthusiastic than in the past, for the whole industry is a strong heart needle, but also a catalyst.

 



What is the core position of your brand? What idea does the brand want to convey?

Jam Wong: we think the most important thing is positioning. TOPSON product is set on the high-end knitted fabric motherboard, only in the R & D investment to achieve precision, accuracy, ruthlessness, in order to achieve stronger and stronger, grinding out the best blade:
First, it is time to master the latest popular dynamics of the world. The products that have been developed by TOPSON have been favored by consumers in terms of futility and fashion;
 
Second, with regard to raw materials, we control the absolute right to speak.
It is difficult for a skillful woman to cook without rice, and a good food cannot be cooked without good ingredients.
We have made a lot of R & D and investment on the raw materials, and selected the world's top raw materials, and the quality of excellence is the pursuit of quality. Therefore, the fabric we have produced can see the details of "exquisite" from the bone.
 
Third, the investment in new textile technology and personnel training has never been soft, at the same time, the investment in the degree of fashion awareness of talents, so that the development of technical personnel continue to obtain amazing R & D results; fourth, the investment in equipment technology, the top will spend a lot of money every year to update the existing equipment and the secondary research and development of equipment.
We firmly believe that only by constantly innovating and improving the soft power of technology, can we become the leaders of the industry and bring more and better products to people.
 
 



What are the difficulties and pain points encountered in the development of the company
 
Jam Wong: the company was founded in 2008, after so many years, the first difficulty is that the fabric is in the upper reaches of clothing, and the speed and fashion of this research and development is earlier than clothing, the fabric planning scheme should be done earlier and earlier, because the market is changing, is an unknown number, this input is unknown benefit, every minute may be drifting.
 
Moreover, the change of fashion is changing rapidly, and its trend can only be said. If we go wrong, the whole year's goods will become a difficult situation, and we have indeed gone through a lot of detours on the way to research and development.
We do not just want to be bigger and stronger, our cause itself is with a kind of national feelings, because in early Europe, Japanese high-end fabrics played a dominant role in the field of Chinese fashion, designers are very fond of their products, and we tend to be relatively weak, so we have been closely chasing foreign 100-year-old fabric enterprises and learning from them. The research on their products has reached a certain depth and height, which makes our knitted fabrics do better and better in recent years, and even many products have surpassed the established fabric enterprises in Europe and Japan.
 
I believe that our products from other countries will do better. As long as we study and make them with the spirit of craftsmen, we can reach a better, stronger and better state.
"if you want a product to move others, first of all, let it move itself," Huang Zhenya repeatedly stressed, transmitting the unique "serious" and bright national feelings in the spirit of craftsmanship.

 


 
What are the new breakthroughs and changes in the company this year?

Jam Wong: last September, our company was invited to participate in Premi è re Vision Paris, (, Paris, France, also known as France's first Visual fabric Expo, as the top textile fabric fair open to textile professionals around the world). It is the first and only Chinese knitted fabric enterprise stationed in France. It competes with the established knitted fabric enterprises in Europe and Japan for the first time on the booth. This is the first knitted fabric enterprise in China to appear on the top stage of the world. This is the pride of Chinese design, the pride of made in China, and the pride of Chinese enterprises.
 
The French PV Organizing Committee is very strict with the qualification examination of the company, and the PV sponsor will send a review to China from France, conduct strict qualification examination on our company, the originality of the product, the management of the manufacturing process, the market sex of the fashion degree, Even with the French appraisal agency to the company, the operation of the whole enterprise and the manufacturing process of the fabric are reviewed, and finally, the product R & D, the manufacturing and the fashion degree reach the global high standard, and the qualification of the PV exhibition is granted.

 

 
During the exhibition, the world's brand customers also gave us a very high appraisal.
We can fight for Chinese textile enterprises, get their recognition and respect, through the products can deeply impress them, is worthy of our pride.
In September this year, our top company will set sail again, continue to set off alarm at PV exhibition. At the same time, in the field of American haute fashion brands, the strength and product quality are also highly recognized by the industry.

 
 

 
I know you have a lot of international certifications, honor and medals in the product design. What do you feel?

Jam Wong: The top has come to many international certifications over the years, such as the world's top-level organic GOST certification, the BCI certification, the Cotton USA certification, the Cotton Lead certification, including members of the American Oshima Association, members of the American Cotton Association, and so on.
 
These certification is not easy to come by, in addition to product quality to pass, production process to be scientific, management to standardize, but also through human rights review, social responsibility system review, global environmental protection carbon emission system review, labor relations review and so on, these certification put forward higher and more comprehensive requirements for our enterprises, I think, this is also a responsible enterprise should do a few things, that is all.

 

 
There are also those honorary medals that our team designed and developed products to participate in various design competitions. I remember that nearly 200 products have won awards. The impression is that the "Best Market Application Award", "Best Scientific and technological Innovation Award", "Best Cotton Textile Science and Technology Innovation Award", "Best material Application Award", "Comprehensive third Prize", which we have won in the past few years, China Fashion fabric Design Competition many "Outstanding Awards", China Environmental Protection fabric Design Competition and China functional products Competition all kinds of awards and so on.
 
It is also worth mentioning that we are the vice-presidents of many organizations, which are awarded by China Knitting Industry Association, Shenzhen Textile Association, Shenzhen Underwear Industry Association, Shenzhen Clothing Supply Chain Association. These are all the things that our enterprises should do. If we still have the energy and time, we are willing to join more group organizations and contribute our own modest strength to the development of the industry. 
Whether it is an international certification or a medal or a certificate of honor, these are not only the recognition of our team's efforts, but also the social responsibility of our business.
 
What are your expectations and prospects for the future?
Jam Wong: strengthen our initial heart and national feelings, and say loudly to our employees that today we are not only making fabrics, but a fashion industry that has become the source of fashion. If we want to do it, we will do the best products in the world.
